Protection of personal data of website users
Operator
The operator of the website www.penzion-daniela.eu is the sole trader Arpád Pakši, registered at Horný Pial 106, company ID (IČO): 17572665, tax ID (DIČ): 1020373266, phone: +421905862968, email: rezervacie@penzion-daniela.eu.
The operator declares that it has adopted appropriate technical, organisational and personnel measures to ensure the security of processing the personal data of users (hereinafter “data subjects”) of the website www.penzion-daniela.eu.
Data subject
A data subject is any natural person who visits the website www.penzion-daniela.eu and provides the operator with their personal data.
Contact form
In order to book accommodation services for the data subject, or to provide information leading to a future booking (contract) based on an inquiry, the data subject must provide the operator with at least the following personal data: name, phone and email address. This personal data will be used only for these purposes and will not be passed on to any third party or recipient, nor used for marketing purposes. The operator will keep the personal data in a form that allows identification of the data subject for the duration of these purposes, at most until the data subject actually begins using the accommodation services.
The operator may continue to store and process personal data if other legal requirements for processing the data subject's personal data exist. Personal data already linked to the provision of specific accommodation services and products will be kept for the period required by Slovak law.
Social networks
The operator's website www.penzion-daniela.eu contains plug-ins linking to the operator's official profiles on social networks run by independent third-party operators. These can be activated through an interaction initiated by the data subject (clicking the relevant Facebook or Instagram icon). Unless the data subject interacts (clicks), these plug-ins remain inactive and no data is processed. If one of these plug-ins is activated, the relevant social network operator may process data about the data subject. The operator has no control over or influence on such processing.
You can learn more about how social network operators process personal and other data here: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ and https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/
Information on the rights of the data subject
In addition to the information above, the operator informs the data subject that, upon written request, they have the right in particular to request:
- confirmation of whether or not their personal data is being processed, and the right to access the processed personal data,
- correction of incorrect and completion of incomplete personal data with regard to the purpose of processing,
- erasure of personal data whose purpose of processing has ended or whose lawful processing the data subject contests,
- restriction of processing if the data subject contests its accuracy, if the processing is unlawful, or if the operator no longer needs the data but the data subject needs it to establish a legal claim,
- provision of the personal data processed about them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and its transfer to another operator where technically feasible.
The rights of the data subject may be restricted only where such restriction follows from a special law, or where exercising them would breach the protection of the data subject or the rights and freedoms of other persons.
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them on grounds relating to their particular situation, except where processing is necessary for a task carried out in the public interest, or where the data is processed for scientific, historical research or statistical purposes.
The operator must notify the data subject without undue delay of a personal data breach if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights of the natural person.
If the data subject suspects unauthorised processing of their personal data by the operator, they have the right to file a petition to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
